At Roundstone Solutions, we have years of experience helping organizations deploy the best IT infrastructures for their particular requirements. We know the IT infrastructure industry better than most, and make it a point to know what all of the available options for any situation might be.
Over the years, we’ve recognized that as much as technology changes, the basics remain the same. We think people like to do business with those they know, like, and trust. For that to work, you have to get to know each other, so that we can best understand your business goals and help evaluate the right solutions for those goals.
As technology change continues to accelerate, it’s more important than ever to work with a partner with your best interests in mind. That’s the way we do it at Roundstone Solutions. If you’re successful, we’ll be successful. Pretty simple.
Our Clients love us because we help them migrate to more modern, higher performing, simpler, and less costly IT Infrastructures.
Our vendors partners like us because we represent their technology platforms with expertise.
Please contact us so we can begin to help. We look forward to working with you!

Who We Serve
Our Founder
Tim Joyce founded Roundstone Solutions in late 2011 and launched the business on July 1, 2012. Tim is known for being completely customer focused, and is hands-on in all aspects of the business. If you’re a prospective Client, you’ll get to know him. If you’re a Client of Roundstone, you already do.
Just prior to Roundstone Solutions, Tim managed day-to-day operations for a national reseller in Sacramento where he turned around a money losing operation in short order.
Previously, Tim was President and CEO of Roundstone Systems, a large HP Enterprise Solutions Provider in the Bay Area he founded. Roundstone Systems quickly grew to be one of Hewlett-Packard’s primary, and highest rated, Enterprise partners in Northern CA.
Prior to Roundstone Systems, Tim was involved in sales management at HP, sales management at a storage virtualization startup that was acquired by HP, and sales and sales management at Forsythe Solutions Group. Tim began his career at IBM Corporation in New York City.
Tim is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame, lives in San Francisco with his wife Beth, and has 3 grown children (Brendan, Claire, and Brian).

The Roundstone Story
The name of our company, Roundstone Solutions, has its origins in Irish and American history and the personal history of our company’s founder.
Roundstone is a tiny fishing village in County Galway, on the Atlantic Coast of Ireland. It’s where Tim Joyce’s grandfather was born and raised in the late 19th century. Like many Irishmen of that time, Dudley Joseph Joyce emigrated from Roundstone to New York City in 1911 to begin a new life in America.
With rocky terrain and a climate that can be very harsh, the village of Roundstone is also very beautiful. The surrounding beaches resemble those found in much warmer climates, thanks to the Gulf Stream.
Roundstone is situated in the part of Western Ireland known as Connemara. The town is located at the base of Errisbeg Mountain, which looks like a large, round stone. It’s from this mountain the town of Roundstone was named.
The pictures you see of Roundstone were taken by Tim in June 2019 during one of his many trips to Ireland. Tim holds dual citizenship in both Ireland and the United States.

The four-leaf clover in our company logo has its roots in Ireland, as well. At Roundstone Solutions, we believe we represent a rare approach to business, bringing value to our Clients; much like the four-leaf clover represents a rare find on the Emerald Isle, promising good fortune to anyone lucky enough to find one.
